About Me
I am an Ayurvedic Doctor and Coach based in New York City.
Raised in India, I have been immersed in Vedic wisdom since birth; my grandfather being an Ayurvedic healer. I have studied this intuitive and highly nuanced science of life right from ancient Ayurvedic Sanskrit texts and scriptures. I am passionate about empowering women to become self-aware and live intuitively with Mind-Body Balance.
I have studied the code of the universe through my Ayurvedic Studies. It has allowed me to understand how we can eat, sleep, think, exercise, love and play better by simply knowing how our personal code aligns with the universe's.
My strength lies in my ability to understand the ancient scriptures and make them comprehensible and applicable to the modern world.
I have been an international teacher, coach, and speaker, and write for various publications, as well as I am a faculty member at the Shakti School.
