Authentic Ayurveda LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to delivering high-quality education rooted in the ancient science of Ayurveda. We stand behind the value of our Ayurvedic Nutrition Certification Program (“Program”) and offer a refund policy designed to balance fairness for students with respect for the integrity of our proprietary content, live support, and certification structure.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, all of the following conditions must be met:

• You must have purchased the Program directly through Authentic Ayurveda LLC.
  
  
• Your refund request must be submitted within 90 calendar days of your original purchase date.
  
  
• You must show verifiable proof that you participated in the program and implemented the teachings in good faith (e.g., attended live sessions, completed exercises, submitted assignments).
  
  
• You must demonstrate that, despite sincere effort, the program did not help you feel more confident around food choices, more connected to your body’s wisdom, or clearer about what nourishes vs. depletes you.
  
  

Note: Refunds will not be granted for requests:

• Submitted after 90 days
  
  
• Without any proof of effort or engagement
  
  
• From individuals who have completed more than 25% of the Program content

Refunds will not be granted:

5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

By enrolling in the Program, you agree to this refund policy and waive the right to file a chargeback unless the terms outlined here have been violated.

Any disputes or chargebacks filed outside of this policy will be formally contested by Authentic Ayurveda LLC, using these terms and your participation records as evidence.
