So many of us are trying to feel better by following whatever is trending: a new diet, a viral tip, a list of foods to avoid. Each promising answer, but many contradicting the last.
Two things keep getting in the way.
The first is how we judge food. We hand it absolute verdicts: this is good, this is bad, this will spike your blood sugar. Ayurveda asks a more useful question. How can I prepare, combine, or adjust this food so it gives my body the most and asks the least of it?
The second is what's missing from the conversation: you. Your constitution, your digestion, your season of life. Without that understanding, eating becomes endless trial and error.
