You're Not Imagining it. And it's not "just aging."

Menopause isn't something that arrives one day. The signs often begin in your mid-30s – when your ovarian reserve drops to 10% – and grow more pronounced in your 40s as the reserve dips to 3%. What follows is perimenopause, a 7-10 year phase that can feel like prolonged, unpredictable PMS.

And most women have no idea it's happening.

While the main definition of menopause is the complete cessation of menstrual cycles, and hot flashes are the symptom everyone knows, most women aren't prepared for the full spectrum of what this transition can bring:

  • A severe shift in the gut microbiome
  • Loss of libido and painful intercourse
  • Musculoskeletal conditions like frozen shoulder
  • Neurological symptoms like vertigo and tinnitus
  • A 4x higher risk of autoimmune conditions
  • Shifts in brain structure
  • Heart palpitations and raised cholesterol
  • Recurring UTIs
  • Visceral fat jumping from an average of 7% to 30%
  • Noticeable decline in skin, hair, and nail quality
  • Anxiety, mood changes, and sleeplessness

Ayurveda mapped this transition, every stage of it, over 2,000 years before Western medicine had a name for it. Women have been moving through this shift for thousands of years, not by guessing, but with a complete framework for understanding what changes, why, and exactly how to eat, move, breathe, and live through it.

That framework still exists. This workshop b rings it into the modern world.

Is For You If...

  • You're 35+, and your body has started doing things it never used to do - waking at 3 am, gaining weight around your middle, losing words mid-sentence, and no one can tell you why
  • You've gone from knowing nothing about menopause to drowning in information: every podcast, every article, every protocol contradicting the last
  • You suspect you're in early perimenopause but aren't sure, and you're tired of Googling symptoms and getting conflicting answers
  • You've been told it's stress, it's aging, it's "just your hormones" - and you walked out of that appointment feeling worse than when you walked in
  • You're in menopause and managing symptoms one by one - supplements for sleep, something else for hot flashes, another thing for mood - but nothing addresses the whole picture
  • You've tried the magnesium, the seed cycling, the cold plunges, the cutting carbs, the adding carbs - some things helped for a week, nothing stuck
  • You're on HRT, and it's helping, but you know there's more you could be doing to support your body from the inside - you just don't know what
  • You're post-menopausal and feel like you missed the window to understand what happened - you didn't, and this framework applies just as much now
  • You're navigating this transition while also working full-time, raising children, caring for aging parents, or all three - and you need a plan that fits a real life, not a wellness retreat fantasy
  • You're a health practitioner, coach, or yoga teacher who works with women in midlife and wants a deeper, more personalized lens to guide them.

But The Real Question Is... Why Do You Need Menopause Care?

Because a typical OB/GYN spends just 6–7 hours of their entire medical training on menopause. Six hours. For a transition that can last over a decade and affect every system in your body – brain, gut, nervous system, muscles, skin, mood, and more. So women are left choosing between two options: take hormones, or push through. But whether or not you choose hormones, your body still needs a foundation.

Your Symptoms Aren't Generic. They Are Unique To Your Body

Menopause looks different from woman to woman. Your symptoms, their intensity, their timing – all of it can be very different based on your body's constitution, your stage of transition, and your digestive capacity.

In Western medicine, menopause is one diagnosis with a standard set of treatment options. Generic advice, no matter how well-researched, will always fall short, because it wasn't built for you.

Menopause is not aging -We live nearly half our lives after 45

And it's not a disease either. It's a natural neuroendocrine transition that deserves care, understanding, and a real plan. Ayurvedically speaking, it is the transition from Pitta to Vata. That's why everything changes at once – not randomly, but as part of a single, coherent shift. Your sleep, your digestion, your weight, your mood, your skin, your tolerance for things that never used to bother you. They're not separate problems. They're one pattern.

Your digestion is the master switch, and it's changing

During menopause, agni becomes variable and unpredictable. Foods you digested easily at 35 now cause discomfort at 48. Modern science has caught up to this – gut microbiome diversity peaks around age 40 and declines after menopause, affecting everything from hormone metabolism to insulin sensitivity to mood.

You went from knowing nothing to hearing everything

Two years ago, almost nobody was talking about menopause. Today, everyone is. You went from having no language, no answers, no acknowledgment to having too much of everything. And somehow, too much feels just as paralyzing as nothing at all.

Shatavari Ghruta because your yoga teacher swears by it? Estrogen because it’s everywhere? Magnesium because everyone says you need it? HRT because everyone says it’s the answer?

Too much noise. Too many answers. And almost none begin with the question that matters most: What is right for your body?

That’s exactly what I want to help you with – personalize your transition.

This Feels Right for Me

This isn't just another

menopause masterclass.

Mainstream Approach

  • Menopause is one condition with standard treatment options
  • First instinct: add estrogen-mimicking foods and supplements
  • Start with symptoms – here's something for hot flashes, something else for sleep, something else for weight
  • Same supplements and dietary advice for every woman at every stage
  • HRT or push through – those are your two options
  • Menopause as decline – loss of estrogen, loss of fertility, loss of bone density

  • Based on research that excluded women for decades, now scrambling to catch up

This Workshop

  • Your transition follows a specific pattern based on your inner climate – the plan follows from there

  • First question: what stage are you in? Sometimes adding estrogen makes things worse, not better

  • Start with the root – your digestion, your nervous system, your daily rhythm. Symptoms resolve when the foundation shifts

  • Different food, herbs, movement, and daily practices depending on your specific patterns, stage, body’s capacity to digest

  • Ayurveda addresses the layer that medication doesn't touch, whether or not you're on hormones

  • Menopause as transition – the Vata stage of life, associated with clarity, wisdom, and deeper self-knowledge

  • Built for women's bodies from the beginning – 5,000+ years of observation & practice

By the end of this workshop, you will walk away with:

  • Your own Ayurvedic Menopause Blueprint – a personalized framework you can start applying the very next morning
  • A new lens on menopause – understand this transition through both modern science and Ayurveda, and why it can be a second chapter, not simply a decline
  • Your stage + personal pattern – learn how to recognize where your body is right now, so you can make choices that fit you
  • Your personalised rhythm + nutrition – how to approach meals, mornings, evenings, foods, spices, etc. for this stage
  • Your Ayurvedic toolkit – understand Agni, herbs, rasayanas and practices that may support your unique needs
  • Movement + nervous system support – how to approach exercise and muscle-building, alongside practices for sleep, anxiety and the wired-but-tired cycle
  • Clarity on HRT + alternatives – understand your options so you can make informed decisions for your body
  • The full picture – see how your hormones, digestion, sleep and mood connect, so you can stop treating symptoms in isolation
  • Your own Ayurvedic Menopause Blueprint – finished, on paper, ready to start the next morning
  • The latest research – reconciled with Ayurvedic wisdom and how they come together in your personalized plan
  • A path forward – options for deeper learning and hands-on support if you want to continue beyond the workshop

I'm a third-generation Ayurvedic practitioner based in New York. I went back to a traditional gurukulam - sat with the classical texts, studied Ayurveda the way it was originally taught, and then spent 20 years applying it in clinical practice with real women.

I created this workshop because the menopause conversation has never been louder - and the advice has never been more polarized. Hormones or nothing. Manage or push through. No one is talking about the daily foundations - digestion, rhythm, food, and nervous system that determine how your body actually moves through this transition.

Your body already knows how to do this. Women's bodies have been navigating this shift for thousands of years. What's missing isn't another supplement or prescription. It's the understanding.

Because when a woman heals, the whole family heals.

 What women say

about learning with Nidhi

"Menopause isn’t the end of your vitality.

It’s the beginning of a wiser, more powerful

version of you. It's a transition that deserves

care - and a plan."
