Nidhi Bhanshali Pandya is a New York City–based Ayurvedic practitioner, bestselling author, and third-generation healer. Raised in India in a family rooted in Vedic traditions, she grew up learning from her grandfather - a respected Ayurvedic healer - in a household where the body's relationship with food, weight, and balance was understood as something far deeper than appearance.
Her classical training deepened what her upbringing had already planted: over five years of gurukula-style study, learning directly from the ancient Sanskrit texts. She is a NAMA-certified Advanced Ayurvedic Practitioner (CAAP) and the creator of the Inner Climate® Method, developed across 15 years of dedicated practice.
Today, Nidhi teaches women worldwide to move beyond diets and return to principle - developing the body awareness and inner trust that makes sustainable change not just possible, but inevitable.
