Three Minutes To Find Out Why Nothing Has Worked For You,
Not Even Ayurveda
Not because you did it wrong.
Because every plan you've tried was built for a body that is not yours.
Answer a few questions about how you actually feel, and I will tell you
which of the six inner climates you are in and what to change first.
 Three minutes. Nothing to prepare
You Have Already Tried The Thing
That Worked For Everyone Else
Â
It worked for your friend, It worked for the woman in the video,
But it didn't work for you, and you were left wondering what was wrong with you.
Nothing is wrong with you. You were following someone else's instructions.
The Advice Contradicts Itself, So You Are Left Holding AÂ Pile Of Rules With No Idea Which Ones Are Yours
Â
One person says warm water, another says cold.
One says eat more protein, another says that is exactly what is hurting you.
Â
You are not failing to follow the plan.
You are being handed plans that were never built for your body.Â
You Might Recognize Yourself Here
Â
-
Bloated after almost every meal
-
Tired in a way that sleep does not fix
-
Skin that flares and settles and flares again
-
Weight that will not move, no matter what you take away
-
Wired at night, foggy in the morning
-
Hormones that feel like they belong to someone elseÂ
Different bodies. Different reasons.
Which is exactly the point.Â
Your Body Has A Climate
Â
Find my Inner ClimateÂ
Imagine you were leaving on a surprise trip tomorrow, but no one told you where you were going or what the climate would be.
How would you pack?
A friend calling from Antarctica might tell you, “Pack your warmest coat. Layers. Gloves. You can’t have enough warmth.”
Another friend, calling from the Amazon rainforest, might say, “Absolutely not. Pack tank tops, bug spray, an umbrella, and nothing heavy.”
Both are giving you perfectly good advice, based on the climate they know.
But without knowing your destination, all that advice would feel contradictory and overwhelming
Your body is no different.
We are surrounded by advice about what to eat, how to exercise, when to fast, what to avoid, what supplements to take, how much protein we need, whether we should heat ourselves up or cool ourselves down.
And much of that advice may be good advice for a particular Inner Climate.
The problem is that you haven’t been taught to recognize yours.
Once you understand your Inner Climate, the noise begins to quiet down. You can start to see what your body is actually asking for, and what may be completely wrong for you, even if it works beautifully for someone else.
So before we tell you what to pack, let’s find out where you are.
